It was like staying in a Temu hotel like the type that you get and you got scammed from Temu Positive: The location and that’s it, but don’t be fooled. There’s lots of other places in the same location and not sketchy like this place. I like that it reminded me of shopping on Temu staying in this hotel cause it’s the pictures and what you actually get a two totally different things. Don’t be fooled. Do not stay here. Negative: The fact that they are advertising it to have a balcony and a terrace and cleaners and a pool and a gym. None of that exists. It’s false advertising don’t fall for it. You can’t even get a milk for your coffee or a mug to have it in or a spoon to stir it but they’ll give you some coffee but that’s all you get . No don’t think you’ll get anything here And I don’t think you have enough space to say everything I hated in this place. All I can say is that I hope that you don’t think that if you’re staying here that there is going to be a pool or a gym or a balcony or a terrace or milk or a mug or a fork spoon all the apartment to be ready on time or that it would be cleaned even though you waited an extra 45 minutes apparently after check-in time don’t expect it to be clean anything that you think you’re gonna get in this place. Don’t think it cause you’re not gonna get it. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. I am warning you do not stay here. It is not worth it. The staff pretended that they didn’t know anything about you even staying there. They also pretend they don’t know English. If you ask him a question. It’s if you get to stay at a place that they don’t even run it’s run by a third-party organisation that you don’t directly get to speak to and you get to pick up your keys and drop off your keys at the corner quick Mart it said that there was going to be access to a pool and a gym but you don’t get to use them. They just included in the pictures like a Temu. Don’t be fool that you’ll get a coffee at the place because even though you have provisions for the coffee like coffee tea sugar you don’t get the mug all the spoon or the milk to actually make your coffee in the apartment.

Melbourne city stay Positive: The location is right in the shopping precinct of Melbourne city, lots of options of food and shopping. Easy access to public transport. The room was clean but the apartment could do with some upgrades, it's a well used apartment. The apartment is comfortable overall and has the basics you will need. Negative: Host/ company that runs the apartment makes you go through a third party platform to check-in. This third party platform makes you upload a government ID and photo and all your data is kept by the host on site Digitally. Absolutely no info on how this data is stored and secured by the hosts. This is the only way to check-in and if you don't agree with the privacy terms you can't check into the apartment. The host/company won't allow you to check in any other way. You will not be able to access the room and if you cancel your stay, you will be charged. Apparently check-in is tied to this system. I wouldn't have an issue with this check-in system if it was stated before you book and pay.
