Stylish Scandi Oasis w/ Skyview, Pool, Gym & Spa

Lower your expectations Positive: Great view of Melbourne skyline and surrounding buildings/area. Location was great for activities in the CBD. I did get my $400 bond returned no problem. Negative: Advertised as having a bath, did not have a bath. Nespresso machine was inoperable. Scuffs and marks on many of the walls made me nervous about my security deposit. Toilet paper could be better quality. Overall the booking is advertised as more luxurious than what was really executed though for ~$160 per night it was somewhat suitably priced, it's just from the listing our expectations were set reasonably high. We weren't advised where the facilities such as the spa/pool/terraces were located and as a result never used them, obviously this is a large selling point of the accommodation and we found it a bit of a bummer.

It was the worst customer experience ever!! Positive: I wouldn’t know I wasn’t able to check in at 3 pm. They never sent the link in time!! Negative: I don’t like that I was only ever receiving automated messages

Positive: it was a good location and very clean and comfortable Negative: nothing
