Modern Tokyo Pop 2BR Retreat • Melbourne Central

Sadly disappointed. Positive: Location Negative: Not enough bedding supplied for the 6 people booked in. No doona or blankets for the sofa bed and only 1 pillow for 2 people. Booking.Com stated a balcony however apartment did not have a balcony which was disappointing.

Positive: The service is excellent, and the customer service is also very good. The landlord informed the method and password of the key pickup early on. And due to some reasons, we did not check out in time, and the customer service was also very friendly. It is also very comfortable to stay here. The location is also very good. The hygiene is also very clean.

would not recommend Positive: mattress was comfortable good location Negative: unclear instructions for collection of keys poor cleaning on apartment, floors filthy, fridge & surfaces not cleaned properly, carpet worn & filthy...cushion covers need cleaning toilet citron broken, been reported but not fixed, had to turn main water to toilet off at night as kept refilling with water every few minutes interupting sleep.... had wash containers practically empty & diluted down with water, dishwashing liquid watered down bed lamps poor lighting no tea bags provided one latch on bedroom window broken...other bedroom musty with condensation & water dripping from window

It was amazing everything I wanted it to be Negative: I loved the theme so much it was just perfect for me

Positive: 就在商區，旁邊很方便。入住要去一個地方的櫃子輸入密碼取key,訊息注意看清楚就OK.
