Exactly what we were looking for. Positive: Perfect location, between the city centre and Lygon Street for the cafes and restaurants. It met our needs - room for bags, a kitchen with all the requirements needed, easy to use the elevator, safe and secure. Car parking was included in the price, which is rare in Melbourne. Negative: At the start we struggled with how to get to the car park from the elevator, but once we understood it, no problem.

Modern, nice apartment in a good location Positive: Great apartment - modern, clean, had all the things we needed for a nice stay with our kids Negative: Washing machine had quite a lot of mould

Mum with adult child Positive: The location is good with lots of restaurants and cafe and shopping areas in walking distances. It has a nice decorated balcony , only it's a pity I have no chance to enjoy sitting on the balcony because of the weather and my late back to the unit. The bed is comfy. The unit also provides a free car park space which is convenient for those who has a car. When I landed at the airport, the agent told me the check in time has to be delayed for an hour and 15 minutes but they are very generous to compensate for a complimentary late check out which I really appreciated. Anyway I and my daughter enjoyed staying there and will stay again when going to Melbourne again Negative: It would be better if there is one or two more hand towels to use for the week as there are two hand towels provided. Also need few more hangers as I can't hang up all my clothes. Also the rug on the carpet needs a bit of cleaning or changing. Btw FYI, the light hanging on the balcony some of the lights bulbs are gone off.
