We had a great time and enjoyed walking to the Queen Vic market for breakfast Positive: Good location. Kids enjoyed the pool/spa

Disappointing Positive: The location was to much of a hassle to get to with little information until you paid a $400 deposit Negative: Check in was pushed back to 3:20 and when we arrived after much confusion around finding the place, the cleaner was still in the room cleaning at 4pm. We were not able to go to the room until 5pm. There was no communication between the cleaner, the owner and us. We got told we could check out at 11:00am for the inconvieance and at 10am I received two phone calls and a email asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. It was extremely disappointing and I am wanting a partial refund due to the hassle and late check in.

Positive: very near to convinience stores

we had a great time. location was superb and stress-free Positive: fantastic location, walking distance to most major places like Queen Victoria market and National Library. Food is not a problem at all since many Asian restaurants and cafes surrounding the area. ALDI supermarket is just next door! Negative: 1. Initially, we were given only a set of keys which is inconvenient for 6 of us, however upon request, we were given another set 2. please provide more utensils, cups and smal plates/bowls.

Positive: The location was ideal to get around either walking or using trams.
