海边舒适公寓 Positive: 社区环境优美，公寓比较新 Negative: 取还钥匙都因为密码错误，耽误了一些时间。

舒适的海边公寓 Positive: 房子配套齐全，卧室，洗手间，厨房均配备日常所需用品。房子所处社区优美，房东有回复及时。 网络，热水，暖气均没问题，卫生情况也不错。 Negative: 有些电器使用有问题，但房东协助处理了。 车库使用很复杂，我们没能用上。

Apartment great..check-in, not so much Positive: The location suited our needs. Beach walk very close by. Apartment was comfortable and quiet. Had everything we needed for a 7 day stay. Negative: We didn't receive any check in information so found ourselves in the dark trying to scan passports and take selfies only to find the key was located a 10 minute walk away. At least the phone call was answered quickly and issue resolved but could have been way better. Seemed to have similar issues with check out system. We received check out information the day prior asking for the key to be returned to same location as pick up with a new pin code. We did this well prior to check out time only to receive numerous notifications that key was not received. Very messy system.

The beds were comfortable Negative: The sink in the bathroom was blocked The check in steps were quite messy and time consuming, I received the wrong key code to access the keys and then couldn’t get onto any contacts that I was given. After many attempts my call got answered to find out id been given the wrong code. The security bond of $400 is a bit extreme given it’s more expensive than a one night stay at the apartment
