Negative: We had a rough start. The host couldn't find my booking because the management had recently changed. Many facilities still need improvement: 1. Loose toilet seat – Fixed on the second day. 2. No door stopper/catch for the shower door: There was nothing to hold the door in place, so it kept swinging inward on its own while taking a shower, causing the bathroom floor outside to get soaked. 3. Broken chair – There is a sharp metal burr on the broken part. This chair should be removed to prevent it from injuring anyone wanting to chill out on the balcony. 4. Dirty door by the dryer – Cleaned on the second day. 5. Broken hanger – It should have been removed to avoid any future disputes. This place could be much better if it were well-maintained. That said, it is still a bright and comfortable space despite the issues above.

Perfect stay for first timers in Melbourne. Positive: The property was beautiful, it being a corner unit meant lots of windows and sunlight which was very nice. The beds were comfortable and provided me with many nights of good rest. The location was amazing with tram stations easily accessible and lots of nice cafes and eateries around. Negative: The floor was quite dusty when we first got there, would appreciate if it was mopped or vacuum prior to us checking in. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed.
