Crown Casino 2BR Sleeps 6, Southbank Melbourne

Cancelled after first night and was refunded the rest of my stay which I was super grateful for. Positive: I was refunded for the time I was not there, thankfully, as I left after 1 night.

Positive: Location was brilliant! House was so equipped with every appliance we could wish for, was so spacious and well put together! Negative: Just the bedding personally

Should have stayed home Positive: The bathroom was decent Negative: Unfortunately it was dirty, couldn’t get in the parking garage remote wouldn’t work had to wait for another car to come along and had the same trouble getting out, only one set of keys for a room that sleeps 6 adults. No face washers provided, was unable to use the balcony as a sign had been put up to say unusable, one person got stuck in the bedroom as the door would not open from the inside, light coloured couches were horribly stained, light in bathroom hanging out of its socket. Had listed on original booking that I would be checking in between 2-3 was not told this would not be available but when I got there asked me to pay additional funds to check in at that time. Checking in instructions were not available until minutes before and was then told I had to go to a seperate location to pick up the keys, unfortunately the list goes on

Positive: instructions very clear and easy to follow. used the car park and the videos made it so easy to find where to go Negative: Just a small issue with the end room door handle. I couldn't get it to open from inside the room and had to be let our by my friend. Didn't want to break the door so didn't play around with it too much. Might just need something tightened. We had a laugh about it so just a heads up

We got the keys to park in the car park which was like a maze to find finally got to our apartment and entered and the c Positive: Good location Negative: Broken blinds. Unstable chairs. No hairdryer. No sponge in sink. Coffee machine broken. No block out blinds in lounge where sofa bed was Had to pick up keys from a convenient store with no where to park the car. Check in was supposed to be at 3 we arrived at the store at 3.40 was told we needed a code to pick up keys looked at emails and found that our check in was going to be delayed til 5pm
