Super Central Apt with Parking, Tennis, Pool & Gym

Distressing, appalling, most horrendous experince. Positive: Nothing Negative: Appalling. Nobody to meet/no reception/phone number not connected/ all contact via AI- for this reason I was super suspicious about handing over ANOTHER $450 "bond"; with no way of getting back. The AI bot wouldn't give me the access to the appartemnt, and refused to refund the $750 paid already. Yet- although I wasn't there; keep sending me emails asking how my stay was going!. Absolute SCAM SCAM SCAM written allover this one. STAY AWAY

We had a great stay Positive: Spacious, clean and had all the facilities Negative: Sometimes the fob wouldn’t work in the lift

Good location and has a lot of potential! Positive: Good location, near tram line and IGA. Nice amenities and had most things we needed. Negative: The parking instructions were confusing as it said 4th floor, when really it’s the top floor. Would be simpler to say top floor as the floors don’t have numbers identifying them. The first thing we noticed on entry to the apartment was that the outside of the windows were filthy. Ruined the nice cityscape view a bit. The pillows on the bed are so so flat. Highly recommend replacing them. Not supportive or comfortable at all. Communication with the property manager was also difficult as via phone call they couldn’t help much and then comms via booking.com were unclear and repetitive (maybe a bot?).
