Ruined my overnight city stay with my daughters and grandchildren. No care factor. Booking doesnt help much either in th Positive: Location. Number of beds I thought I was going to have. Negative: Cleaners parked in the only allocated car spot. Cleaners arriving at 3.20 to BEGIN cleaning - not finishing til 4.20. Check in time was 3pm. Unable to go where we planned to go due to getting in the apartment so late. Tap in bathroom broken. Heating not sufficient. No extra bedding for the sofa bed (no response when I asked about it prior to coming). No extra bedding for the cold night. Sex toys found in third kitchen drawer. YUCK! No care factor at all that we waited in a freezing carpark for 1-1/2 hours with a baby and children. No care factor that we slept in our tracksuits at night becoz of inadequate heating and no bedding. Really dont know how people can be allowed to just keep taking money when a service is not provided.

Positive: The location is really convenient & the process to get the keys was easy. Negative: The tap was leaking, the beds felt unstable & the apartment had a slight smell.

Steer Clear Positive: The location of this accommodation is great but that is where is stopped for us. Negative: Where do I start: *You habe to pay for early check in. *You have to pay for late check out *Even though the owner new we wanted early check in we got an email once there staying the unit would not be ready for another hour and a half. *Finally got in to drop our bags off and the cleaners took out drinks. *There was no linen for the sofa bed meaning 2 of my guest slept fully dressed. *There has yet to be any competition by the owner. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOK, Dont make my mistake.

Positive: Lovely view of the city Negative: Heating wasn’t very affective

Positive: big unit. Negative: I booked for five guest but the plates are only four. Faucet at the Toilet Sink ( Cold Water ) is too hard to open and closed - this needs to be fixed as water will continue dripping if guests cant closed it. There is one Chair near the dinning area and because we are five guest we used it ( as it didnt says it should not be used as the back steel is broken) one of the guest bump it and it is because it is sharp her legs hit and got cut. - recommendation please take it out immediately! No waste bin at the kitchen area.
