Feel disappointed about the shower issue Positive: The location is good, very nearby to the tram stop Negative: The showers are extremely bad, there is no hot water at nights

Positive: 3brs and 2 bathrooms was great as we had mixed families Negative: pool and spa were too cold despite a full kitchen , lacked utensils and appliances and air fryer would be great

Positive: Very location, value for money and the place was very clean.

Positive: The location was great. Easy check in and check out process. Room was clean and tidy Negative: There could be more utensils, eg, tongs and spatula, as cooking was a little difficult. Adding some wine glasses as well. The key given does not access the bin cupboard, which is disappointing and requires you to go all the way to the basement opposed to the bin on your floor. Fob didn't work to get back out of the pool floor , which resulted in waiting for other people to arrive on the floor to allow you to exist.
