If you’re a light sleeper - be warned! Positive: The apartment itself was clean, tidy and very comfortable. It’s well styled. Beds and shower is good. There is enough kitchen appliances to cook in the apartment. The pool and gym facilities are amazing. The location is great with multiple tram lines close by to get you all around the city. Plenty of food options close by and a short walk into the city. Negative: The building itself its built terrible. A small amount of wind and the building creaks like it’s going to fall down. For 2 windy nights, we got no sleep at all. Be aware of this - if you are a light sleeper don’t stay here as Melbourne is a windy town. I also didn’t like the check in process, there was a hard check in not before 3pm. We requested early check in but it was never communicated or confirmed. There is no where to store bags - we used a bag storage facility close by. So if you are arriving in town early or need to stay late, be aware of this. I also didn’t like all the hidden extras, a deposit of $400 for cleaning, if you want the room cleaned mid stay it’s extra $$ and if you want early check in or late check in it’s $$ so be aware of the additional hidden costs.

Superb location and value. Clean and comfortable. Positive: Spacious. Central location. Clean and comfortable large bed. Strong internet. Negative: Very terrible creaking across the entire apartment when windy- apparently the creaking (very very scary) is normal for such high buildings in Melbourne. So loud we had to use ear plugs and at one point considered if we should just pack in the middle of the night and go elsewhere.

Not a great apartment building and over priced for the quality of the accomdatip Positive: This work ok. Negative: Several of the lifts where not working. This should have been made clear in the booking. That lift are extremely slow and reflected in the price. The rooms also very noisy from a AC and general building quality noise.

It should have been a great stay if there wasnt an ongoing new contructoon just opposite our building Positive: The location is great, easy access to anywhere Negative: While we stayed there, a new building was under construction, and the noise unfortunately disturbed our sleep.
