Positive: I like the location and view from the appartment Negative: No light bulbs, even if informed so dark in kitchen and hall area and also its weared and absolutely stupid check in and check out

Great overall experience for what i went down to melbourne for Positive: Location was fine as only a 10 minute walk to Southern cross station Negative: Was only given one set of keys to share between 4 adults and When questioning the host, i was told thats standard which i know is not.

It was ok Positive: Only stayed one night so not much to say Negative: The long involved process of check-in, there was no information given about what to do and it was extremely frustrating to arrive finally at the address to find there was no reception and until you had the fob & key we were stuck - thank goodness for a helpful security man Costa who helped us

Apartment needs a lot of improvement Positive: Location and the view were great Negative: Holes in the walls, stained carpet, hole in the floor that was covered by the carpet, dirty balcony windows, burn mark on carpet, stickers stuck to wall, broken electrical switch for kitchen light, broken blind in the bedroom without ensuite, stains in sink, broken exhaust fan, washing powder build up on floor near washing machine, bed uneven in ensuite bedroom, stain on couch cushion, low water pressure in shower, broken towel rack, broken handle in the elevator, no wet floor signs in elevator when cleaners were there

Positive: Location was fantastic, instructions very thorough and easy to follow, great views
