Absolute disgraceful company to deal with who cancelled booking on the check in day Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything

Poor Positive: Location Negative: Asked for a late check in days before we arrived . Was given a garbled message the day we got there . Key was in a lockbox on the other side of the road ! No address of the actual unit was supplied , I had to ring and ask after 30 minutes of playing hide and seek looking for the lockbox (on a bench in a dark alley) Apartment was atrocious . Broken kitchen bench top and very well used appliances. Has never been cleaned properly . Stains on all the carpets . Dirt and grime on all the tiled surfaces and vinyl flooring . Key fob was held together with sticky tape . Overall there was nothing luxurious about the apartment at all bar the location .

Positive: The apartment was well kept and calm environment. The girls and I loved it We were 3 girls

Positive: The location was good. Negative: Internet was non-existent , couch should be replaced not usable, Large cracks in the kitchen counters and staining on the carpets and curtains.

Positive: Fantastic value. Will stay again if in Melbourne again
