Perfect location! Positive: Location was FANTASTIC! Super close to Queen Victoria markets. Fairly easy to get an uber from too and close to free tram. Negative: Next door neighbour played music from 5:30am - 7am.... not very good music either. Jazz club on the bottom floor? Can head people laughing quite loud at 2am.

Poor cleanliness and customer service Positive: Situated in a good location in CBD and close to public transport. Instructions for check in and check out were clear, but would have preferred to receive them ahead of time, instead of one hour before check in. Negative: Poor experience with this property and the hosts unfortunately. We booked for a 6 night stay, arrived and checked out within 48 hours due to poor cleanliness and poor service. The property has declined our refund request which is unfair when we barely stayed for 2 nights out of 6. Based on our experience, keys must be collected by a nearby convenient store and check in instructions were not provided until an hour before check in so we couldn't plan ahead to avoid dragging our suitcases around town. Ideally would prefer the instructions ahead of time. Note there is no reception desk so you cannot keep your luggage before check in or after. The view is of another apartment/business building so you don't see the city or any gardens as included in the listing. The apartment floors were sticky and unclean to the point it stained our white socks and indoor shoes, and visible dirt at the door as soon as we walked into the room, hanging cobwebs from the ceiling and non-functioning shower head, which made us concerned about how clean the rest of the apartment was. Property team dismissed our concerns because these were "too minor" and "non-customer impacting" in their eyes, which was a disappointing reception. There's nothing cosy about a place that lacks cleanliness. If you place cleanliness and good customer service as a priority for your experience, maybe consider other options for your stay.
