Central & Stylish 2BR Living in Southbank's Heart.

Disappointed with location considering the amount we paid, room has various maintenance issues. Positive: Apartment was roomy, comfortable and quiet. Negative: Key collection was an issue as we asked for an early check in. Apartment had no views considering the amount we paid. Lift wasnt working properly, it worked the next day.

Great location Positive: Property was in a great position to the river, restaurants, casino and tram services. Negative: Pick up and drop off key arrangements. Towels were not very soft. Toilet paper was horrible.

Good facilities and location but terrible communication and key management. Also the bedroom lights were broken, most Positive: Great location and facilities Negative: As others have said the key pickup and drop off were not good. We also didn’t know the shop we collect keys from have an $8/bag storage facility. We arrived about 12.30 pm but only found this out when we got checking instructions at 2.30pm. The drop off was terrible. The shop was closed and there was no way the key would fit under the door (1 key, 2 fobs the size of an AirTag and another thing like a remote for a garage) as instructed. We had to go back to the apartment, Uber waiting and leave the keys in the room.

Access to Convention centre, Southbank shops, cafes and Casino. Comfortable, warm, balcony & Kitchen Positive: Location central, walking access to Melbourne convention centre. Close to restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarket. Car park, Pool, Gym.

Good for a stay Positive: Great location Negative: Needs some facilities updated.
