Positive: Great location, convenient 24 hour check in Negative: Shower had a used soap left inside and a towel hanging on the back of the door. No tissues and someone's bank card was left in the power switch

Great location near Vic Market but overpriced. Positive: Location was great Negative: Management communication was rudimentary at best, checkout procedure was easy once management were clear what they wanted - and they were very rude when the message wasn't adequately relayed by them. Hotel reception in the building were useless, very unhelpful when we complained about people smoking outside our room. Advertised dishwasher and rubbish shute were non existent.

1-2 nights it’s suffices if you are desperate. If you can give it a complete miss! Read fine print!! Positive: The location was great, easy walking distance to café and shops in Melbourne Central Centre. I say easy walking distance but still 10 to 15 minutes away. Collecting the key was fine. It needed to be picked up at the ezymart. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner and hand wash at the basin. Small but functional and reasonably clean. Except the wash basin kept filling with water and took a while to drain. A nuisance when you’re trying to brush your teeth. The lights in the apartment for some obscure reason are all cool white light. The kind of light you would expect in an office or kitchen And certainly not in bedrooms. The inverse was in the kitchen which light a soft warm light. When you woke in the morning and turned on the bedside light, you get this harsh cool white lamp light – very unpleasant. Negative: I stayed for two nights and received multiple emails before I arrived from the host requesting I follow a check-in procedure which required a copy of my drivers license, filling out a booking form and a $400 safety deposit which apparently will be held for 14 days?! Or alternatively you have a very considerate host with the option of just give them $65 which is nonrefundable. I am absolutely gobsmacked that this bullshit is allowed on a site like booking.com. Prior to checking out the same rigmarole of having to follow a checkout procedure online first. For two nights I felt harassed by the process in addition to having $400 that I needed to fork out. In fairness, I did not see this in the fine print. So be aware. I will be checking to ensure I receive this refund of the safety deposit, I feel quite dubious about the integrity of this host. know the word cozy appears in the title. Can’t we just call it Small since Cozy implies a sense of well-being which this doesn’t have. The Wi-Fi was very bad. And caused me concern on multiple occasions as I had no Wi-Fi at all either from the apartment or able to connect using my mobile phone. It felt like a complete blackout zone which was a bit scary in case of an emergency. The kitchen was tidy but not immaculate. All of the glassware had smudges of fingerprints and clear evidence of not having been cleaned properly. The fridge, must turn off when you leave the apartment. Since I was attending a conference, I was leaving early in the morning and returning in the evening to find that the bread was Completely Soaked with water and the bag of lettuce waterlogged as well. The back of the fridge showed water running down the back.
