We couldn’t control the air conditioning and the apartment was very cold Positive: It was good we could collect the keys late at night Negative: The key collection place was a five minute walk from our accommodation

Negative: 我們入住了7天，前兩天剛好天氣很冷的時候，竟然沒有熱水，傳訊息也沒有即時回應，只能硬著頭皮洗冷水澡。隔天回覆也只是說讓水流久一點，但我們開了水等了至少15分鐘，水也沒變熱。最後我們試著同時打開洗澡間跟廁所的水龍頭，等10-15分鐘，才有熱水。慶幸的是，兩天過後，都有熱水了。 另外值得注意的是，兩間房間無法鎖上門，而且會稍微開一點縫隙，需要隱私權的人須注意!

Positive: Great location Negative: Only one key for two bedroom apartments. Very inconvenient. The aircon is constantly making clicking noise. Hard to rest/sleep as it is very loud. Contacted management immediately after we checked in and was advised it was going to be fixed. But nothing happened during our one week stay.

Disappointing. Unfriendly. Positive: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in large, well labelled containers. Comfortable furniture Pleasantly furnished Well appointed kitchen Clean Negative: Constant, irritating ringing noise/alarm (from/near air conditioner). Impossible to ignore. Difficult to contact Management/Booking.com. Response (not prompt) received from Management advised that issue would be rectified asap; next day (after receiving jarring auto message stating that Management aims for a 5 star review), made contact again with Management and was advised that no-one was available to fix the problem until after the (long) weekend ie after check out. "Lavish" is an over-statement. Eg towels were small and austere; Only three coat hangers provided; no milk provided; no bedside lamps; A/C in only one bedroom; shower takes at least 5 mins in morning to warm up; not possible to turn bedroom lights on/off independently of switch at entrance (ie necessary to walk in dark from entrance to bedroom at bedtime); only power switch in bedroom on opposite wall to bed. Non-user friendly, arduous process to pre-check in (eg necessary to upload selfie and identity documents). $400 deposit required as surety against damage - promptly deducted from account and still not refunded. (No damage incurred.) Requested early check-in, via Booking.com - no answer received.

Great location, the AC needs fixing. Positive: The location was fantastic and the complex very secure. The view was great! Negative: There was a constant chirping noise from the AC (we ended up having to turn it off at the mains for our stay). The key was located at a shop a block away, so not good for people with mobility issues.
