Great location, average service Positive: The location was great Negative: There were absolutely no forks in the whole house. Not even an ice cube tray. They also told us we’d have access to paramount plus which we did not. I then asked them about it and they ignored my message. Does not feel like great value.

Excellent Positive: Location Negative: Difficulty to checkout due to an error and then not able to contact someone for close to an hour

Positive: Easy access to tram and Marvel stadium

Overall a comfortable stay in a conveniently located quiet apartment. Positive: Location great, not too noisy, apartment clean and comfortable, had a lot of coat hangers Negative: Providing a few cleaning cloths or some paper towels to wipe over the kitchen benches would have been handy. An extra blanket would have been useful too on chilly Melbourne nights.

Disappointing book in procedure and communication. Positive: Location was great for Marvel Stadium as my son is in a wheelchair. Negative: Arrived early and was prepared to wait the hour till 3pm. Rang the number provided and was told that the apartment was ready and that they would release the book in details. I then had to find the Ezy Mart to get the keys after providing the code. It was only after that I realised that I had been charged $30.45 for early book in !! Even though the room was ready ! The carpet in our apartment 1210 is also badly stained.
