Convenient, warm and small. Positive: The property is in a great location. Negative: Descrbing it as stunning is a stretch. It is very compact. Wouldn’t want to stay there if it was hot, air conditioning was not cooling. One bedroom had no air conditioner or fan. The whole time we were there we had to open the windows which then made it quite noisy. During our stay the pool, spa and rubbish chutes were out of action which was disappointing. We were only able to get one key/fob which required a lot more planning when going out.

Positive: Very comfortable, neat and tidy Negative: Only fault was 1 towel each for 4 ppl wasn't enough and no face washes

Overall ok Positive: Area Negative: There is loud air conditioning noise (all day) made it hard to sleep at night

I would recommend and stay here again. Positive: I really enjoyed the location. I also enjoyed the ease of the property. Negative: One of the towels had someone else’s hair on it when I went to use it and tv remote needs new batteries.

Clean, convenient location that suited our needs. Positive: Great location. Easy walk into CBD . Trams very close. Great choice of places to eat all in walking distance and close to Victoria Markets. Negative: There were only 3 mugs in the cupboard and blind from the window was missing. No bedside lamps in the second bedroom.
