Positive: Perfect location in Melbourne CBD, staff was kind and easy to reach via Booking platform, magnificent view from the balcony

Negative: It wasn't clean, very dusty I had to vacuum, there was hair everywhere, bedside lamps weren't working, the wifi connection was bad, no iron provided

We LOVED our stay. Our host was fantastic and the room was perfect.
Positive: Very simple and very easy to collect keys. We woke up every morning and jumped in the jacuzzi - the best bit! The hotel itself is beautiful. Would happily stay here again.
