Excellent
Positive: Modern and clean flat. Excellent location.
Negative: Accessible to all since it near to tram station, IGA and Aldi, a lot of restaurants in the area, walking distance to St. Francis Church, and shopping area.

Apartment had a very loud fan noise and despite multiple attempts to contact the rental agent they never got back to us. One of the bedroom doors didn’t close and it wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived. The location is great though
