We were expecting luxury but got budget accommodation with stained furnishings and lights that didn’t work

Exceptional
Positive: Everything was perfect.
The views of Melbourne are sublime.
Easy walking distance to all the attractions, Melbourne Central train station and shopping center. There is a Woolworths at the end of the road.
Easy walking distance to Flinders St station and South Bank.
Lygon St is easy walking distance if you love food.
Marvel stadium is just down the road.
Negative: Only thing I would say is, there needed to be more toilet roll. 2 rolls for 2 people for 8 days wasn't enough.
