Not what I expected but still good
Positive: Central and vibrant
Negative: Sirens could be heard all night and early morning but it was advertised as serene. Definitely not serene so didn’t meet expectations but if vibrant was what you were looking for absolutely perfect.

Negative: 房间窗帘有问题,沟通后特别强调了,请在我们在房间的时候来修缮,但是在我们外出的时候,并没有经过我们同意就入内维修了,这是严重侵犯了我们的隐私问题,不可以接受的!希望booking引起重视,维护我们的隐私权益!

Home away from home. 🥰😍❤️
Positive: The location was ideal for our daily excursions, offering a view of hot air balloons each morning at 6:30. The staff proactively contacted us to ensure our satisfaction and provided clear instructions regarding key retrieval.
It was very much a home away from home, and we plan to stay there again for business in the upcoming weeks and months.
Negative: I incurred an additional charge for cleaning and a damage deposit. Unfortunately, I overlooked the fine print and was unable to provide the required $400 at the time, resulting in an extra $60 payment that is non-refundable, despite the property being left in immaculate condition without any damage.

Terrible place to stay
Positive: Location, close to Lygon Street, the markets and trams
Negative: When we arrived we found a light fitting broken and a blind broken. It couldn’t be rolled down. It was in the bedroom and as a result the whole apartment heated up like a sauna. I rang management as soon as we got there. They organised for someone to come out the next day. In the meantime, we did a grocery shop and overnight our kitchen lost power. I notified management. That day someone came out and fixed the light and a different blind that we didn’t even realise was also broken, despite us telling management the blind that was causing the apartment to be hot was in the bedroom. No one fixed the kitchen so our food was spoiled. I rang and messaged management numerous times on our stay to fix the blind in the bedroom but no one came out to fix it. Management were dismissive and said they would try and find someone to help and then ended up ignoring my calls and messages. I would not stay there. It’s tired and run down. We also weren’t able to use the tennis court and media room that was on the property despite others in the same complex being able to use it.

Negative: Key collection wasn't easy, hard get a parking spot near by the shop.
