Dirty place, rude hosts, horrible check-in experience, complete scam Positive: It was close to Marvel stadium, views were nice. Negative: Do not book! The whole process was a nightmare. The property sprung an unexpected non-refundable payment of $50+ which we were forced to pay in order to complete check-in! The whole thing was extremely dodgy, picking keys up from the ezy mart who would tell you nothing about how to get to your carpark or room. They botched our check-in time, the parking was near impossible - they send you a video tutorial to watch, gave us a carpark number but the numbers weren't in any order!!! Eventually found our park by sheer luck, the elevator was located down a flight of stairs - we had to push my elderly mum's wheelchair through the carpark down 6 ramps, search for the entrance to the building and doors. Only to get up to our room and find only half the lights were working, it smelt like BO, it was completely filthy, there was an old storage container covered in dust in the wardrobe, old piping shoved under the master bed, a collection of old mops on the balcony. The woman who answered our calls was rude, when I expressed how stressful and difficult the process was for us she only gave even more attitude!!! They didn't leave any milk for our coffee/tea, when I called to request it the woman was completely unbothered, said someone would drop some to our room "tomorrow sometime", when I mentioned we would appreciate it for our morning coffee, she angrily told us to buy our own and send them the receipt to be reimbursed. DO NOT STAY HERE. Filthy property, rude hosts

They Cancelled. Negative: I didn't get to stay here. We were booked as we were travelling to watch the AFL and the day we were travelling down the accommodation cancelled our room due to it being wrecked by the last people and it needed repairs and extra cleaning. Understandable but, we were then made to look for alternative accommodation as they didn't have any.

Positive: Close to what I was doing Negative: Picking up key and drop off

Not a nice experience Negative: The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so our legs where touched the frame of the toilet horrible. The dirty mop bucket left on the veranda so that's what our view was. The tap in bathroom drain is blocked and water didn't go down.

The property was comfortable, clean and in a good location for our purposes ( event at marvel stadium) Positive: Good location. Short walk to everything we needed Negative: The property needs a lot of tlc. It looked uncared for, dents and scratches on appliances, no doors shut properly, marks and dents on walls. Pool furniture falling apart. Instructions to get to room after collecting key from nearby EzyMart very hard to understand- would’ve been better to have written instructions or a Google maps link to find it. Room could accommodate 4 people but only one very uncomfortable 3 seater lounge in room, and a random spare chair. Tv had obviously been removed from one of the bedrooms but the wall mount just left on the wall. Either remove it do we don’t know, or put the tv back.
