We enjoyed our stay overall, but wanted to provide some feedback regarding a few cleaning issues we noticed.
Positive: The location
Negative: The cleaning

Had not paid in advance for my entire stay, I’d have checked out the next day.
Positive: Proximity to trams and CBD
Negative: Noises from train station and the street down below.
The building had a unbearable horrible stench.
One bed looked like an elephant had been sleeping on it for a year.
Shower drainage grill was rusty.

Positive: We all enjoyed the convenience of the location.
Negative: It wasn’t very clean, left over food from previous tenants left in the cupboards along with crumbs all over the place. Bathroom wasn’t very clean either and the door didn’t lock properly.
