Elegant Emerald 3-Bed Apt @ Albert Park w/ Parking

Lovely apartment Positive: Closeness to city Negative: Needed to leave keys with an alternate business as the place we picked the keys up from was t open.

Stay was good Positive: Property is in close proximity to the city Negative: The place where we have to collect the key and drop off the key is but far from the property and is a hassle. Especially finding parking near to the Location B convenience is hard

Overall, the stay was disappointing due to unprofessional service, maintenance issues, and poor communication. Positive: The city view. Negative: The fridge was dirty and leaking. The tv wasn’t working- no channels. Drain under the shower was blocked with hairs. The staff wanted a payment of $80 for late check-in, but after a few phone calls they said we could check in after 9 without paying and they left the keys in the bushes in front of the apartment. That was so unprofessional and disappointed.

Positive: Overall, it was a good experience. However, the bathrooms need deep cleansing. The host was very accommodating, responding promptly to our calls and messages. While it has the potential for a 5-star rating, the place offers great value for money and is in a convenient location.
