Difficulty in obtaining the key initially but once settled it was fine. Positive: View and proximity to transport Negative: There were quite a few pre existing damages in the unit that the management were not aware of? I had to send photos and got no acknowledgement response. To this day I’m still waiting for my $400 deposit to be returned.

Positive: good location good view Negative: facility is bad, toilet has no lit... cleanness is bad. Host required a deposit of 400AUD before you can check in, I would happy to accept if the house is clean and in good condition itself but turns not at all. There's no address info until half hour before check-in. And the host didn't reply and message at our last day stay here. Not helpful at all

Do not book - bribe offered for numerous issues Positive: Decent location Negative: The property had numerous issues which included: when we arrived to the room the tv was on the floor, there was only one key amongst 4 guests, the light in the bedroom did not work, pillows had stains, bathroom door did not close, issues with check in time. We contacted the host and it took a day and a half to organise for these issues to be sorted out - some of which were not able to be resolved. To resolve these issues, the host offered us $50 per issue on the basis we would not leave a negative review, basically a bribe. The compensation was unfair especially the significant inconvenience caused with only having one key, to say the least. Do not be fooled by the fact there are no bad reviews, it is not suggested to book this place unless you wish to deal with numerous issues
